Joji 777

777 is an ambitious, dance-driven music video depicting a contemporary version of heaven by bringing Renaissance paintings to life. Director Saad Moosajee reached out to us to execute his vision of populating hundreds of unique characters into these scenes using only one real-life performer. Teaming up with dancer / choreographer Maya Man, we used our premium motion capture system to capture each of her performances individually. Using Unreal Engine as a playback visualization tool, we composited each performance into a pre-rendered scene that Maya used to spatially understand her location in the world, resulting in a more organic, intentional performance.
