CNN New Year's

With a nation under lockdown, we teamed up with CNN to do the impossible. Using advanced 3D camera-tracking technology and precise lighting design, we teleported comedy legends Cheri Oteria & Leslie Jordan from Los Angeles to New York City, safely re-uniting them with hosts Anderson Cooper and Andy Cohen on live-television. We filmed our comic talent from the safety and comfort of a green screen studio in LA, meticulously matching their lighting in order to seamlessly composite them into CNN’s broadcast. Audiences at home were delighted as each talent beamed onto the New Year’s Eve show for real-time, face-to-face banter with the hosts - despite being 3,000 miles away.
